Limousine Tips
for Weddings, Grads, Any Occasion….

Ask to
see the Companies Vehicles.
Check
out the Vehicle you plan on renting. Some Companies
utilize older fleets. You don’t want to be surprised on
your Special Day when a 1988 Limousine shows up when you
were expecting a year 2000 model!

Get a
signed Contract.
A reliable and professional service will be more than happy
to provide you with a signed contract for service.
Companies who can’t supply a contract may not be
confident in their ability to fulfill.

Ask
about Insurance and Licensing.
All
Limousines are required to carry Commercial Insurance
and have the proper BC Passenger Transportation Act
License (formerly Motor Carrier). Unfortunately, Yellow
Pages and other Advertising do not require the same in
order to advertise. To protect yourself from “Gypsy
Companies”, ask for proof of this License & the Areas in
which the Company is Licensed to Transport Passengers
in, along with your signed contract.

Don’t be the person which gets the “Limo Got Into An
Accident” or “We don’t have your reservation” story.
Cover yourself by getting a signed contract and by
shopping smart.

Shopping on price alone is dangerous!!
Some
unethical operators do not hesitate to drop a
reservation to pickup a better paying fare.

Okanagan Limousine must adhere to booked times,
overtime MUST be prearranged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you reserve a vehicle, you have 24 hrs after booking to cancel without
obligation.
Thereafter, a 25%
NON-refundable deposit
will be charged to your credit card.
If
you choose to have the entire amount put on your credit card at the time of
booking
75%
will be refunded.
Cancellations with less than 48 Hours notice will be
billed the Total Quoted Amount
All balances are due on or before the date of service.
